I have been there in the office with you, my clients, sometimes couples, sometimes individuals, and let's be real it's a painful journey. A lot of tears. A lot of pain. And, sometimes it does more harm than good.

And, I know from those 20 years of sitting in the office with clients that therapy doesn't always work for everyone!

In fact, for many people, therapy takes a long time and outcome is not a guarantee.

Besides, not everyone wants to sit in a therapists office hashing out your life problems. 

That's not how change needs to happen for everyone.

There is not a one size fits all the way the change can happen.

Most of us just need some essential tools and reminders to navigate the sticky situations. 

And, some reassurance along the way!

My course allows you to watch videos (either with your partner or alone) to get tools, tips, advice, for all sorts of relationship concerns that come up. It's all done on your own time and in the privacy of your own home!
